With her round one win over Fernando Cuadra Sr., Erica Enders clinched her sixth career Camping World NHRA Pro Stock World Championship.

On Saturday at In-N-Out Burger Pomona Raceway, Gaige Herrera was crowned the Pro Stock Motorcycle champion while fields were set in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle to set the stage for an epic finish to the 2023 Camping World NHRA Drag Racing Season.

The second day of qualifying for the season-ending In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals featured enough drama and excitement to last a full season, but in the end, Austin Prock, Robert Hight, Greg Anderson, and Gaige Herrera head into eliminations as the top seeds.

With victories in ten of the first 14 races and an incredible 46-4 record in elimination rounds, Gaige Herrera delivers a 14th NHRA Camping World Pro Stock Motorcycle championship to the Vance & Hines team.

The opening day of qualifying at the season-ending In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals was epic with incredible performances from all four professional classes, and a noticeable increase in the drama surrounding the Camping World NHRA Series championships that are still up for grabs.

After two rounds of professional qualifying, championship contenders nitro points leaders Steve Torrence and Matt Hagan, Greg Anderson, and Gaige Herrera are the provisional leaders at the season-ending In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals.

Spencer Hyde's first official run in Top Fuel at the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals didn't go according to plan as his Elite Performance entry exploded the engine at 800 feet into the run. Hyde got the car stopped safely.

The 21st and final event in the 2023 NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series is on deck as the tour moves to historic In-N-Out Burger Pomona Raceway, where champions will be crowned in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, Pro Stock Motorcycle, and a handful of NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series Sportsman classes.

Qualifying was a rambunctious affair at the NHRA Midwest Nationals, and it set the tone for an appropriately intense Sunday at World Wide Technology Raceway. What happens in St. Louis will likely have great impact on the final outcome of the season, and all eyes are on the facility that sits in the shadow of the St. Louis Gateway Arch.

He's starting from the top spot, and Bob Tasca III has an extraordinary opportunity at the NHRA Midwest Nationals to slide into the Funny Car points lead for the first time during the Countdown to the Championship. Friday's qualifying session at the NHRA Midwest Nationals kicked off as the sun was setting over The Gateway Arch, and with flames high, Doug Kalitta and Bob Tasca III stood as best. Erica Enders and Gaige Herrera also nabbed the provisional pole in their respective classes to initiate race three of six in the Countdown to the Championship.

The 2023 NHRA Countdown to the Championship continues this weekend at World Wide Technology Raceway, just across the bridge from the St. Louis arch. The energy is palpable at the NHRA Midwest Nationals, the third of six races in the Countdown, and everybody is after that increasingly important trophy.
