Dave Vantine won the inaugural event of the new Pingel Top Fuel Motorcycle Series, taking a single run after Elmeri Salakari was unable to make the final-round call. The event was the first of four such eliminators this season for the exciting, 230-mph nitro-fueled two wheelers.
