Tim Boychuk and the Happy Hour team collected their first win in the Modern Warriors Legends Nitro Series by defeating heavily favored No. 1 qualifier Shane Westerfield in the final round when Westerfield had to abort his pass early. Boychuk steamed to a solid 1,000-foot clocking of 4.85 to seal the win.

A day after winning the championship in the Congruity NHRA Pro Mod Drag Racing Series presented by LearnEV+, Jordan Lazic won in the final round on Monday at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway as part of the Ford Performance NHRA Nationals.

Due to weather and unfavorable track conditions following a lengthy cleanup after an on-track incident, the conclusion of the 24th annual Ford Performance NHRA Nationals at The Strip at Las Vegas Motor Speedway will be completed on Monday.
