Gary Pritchett loves doing the clutch on the Capco Contractors dragster, but he also has dreams of one day contending for a championship as a Funny Car driver. He took a step in that direction recently behind the wheel of Jonnie Lindberg's Alcohol Funny Car in Indy.
Gary Pritchett and his wife, Leah, are both in the hunt for a 2017 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series Top Fuel championship, she as the driver of the Papa John’s dragster and he as the clutch man for Steve Torrence's dragster, but they both took some time of recently for him to chase another dream.
