NHRA welcomes 10 new Contingency Program partnerships with racers in a midseason update
The NHRA Contingency Program continues a partnership tradition that has connected racers and manufacturers for more than 60 years.
Since 1966, the NHRA Contingency Program has been one of the most successful grassroots partnerships in motorsports, creating meaningful connections between racers and the companies that build the products they rely on every weekend. More than a sponsorship program, NHRA Contingency is a business-to-racer marketplace where racers, manufacturers, and fans come together through competition.
How NHRA Contingency Program Works
Unlike any other motorsports contingency program in the world, NHRA's model is supported by multiple departments working together to maximize value for both racers and industry partners. NHRA's Contingency Program touches every department within NHRA, creating the stories that connect winning products with winning performances. The result is a program that rewards racers while giving manufacturers authentic exposure at the track and across NHRA's media channels.
As the 2026 season continues, NHRA is proud to welcome 10 new contingency partnerships representing some of the most respected names in automotive performance, racing safety, and motorsports technology.
