New WI-FI for ALL powered by JEGS will keep fans, teams connected
JEGS, a leading direct-to-consumer retailer and distributor of high-performance automotive aftermarket, restoration, and racing parts and accessories, today announced a new partnership with the NHRA to provide complimentary Wi-Fi access for all fans, racers, crewmembers, and event personnel beginning with the 2026 Cornwell Quality Tools NHRA U.S. Nationals at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park.
As the world's most prestigious drag racing event prepares to welcome tens of thousands of spectators and competitors from across the country, the new WI-FI for ALL powered by JEGS network will enhance the event experience by keeping attendees connected throughout race weekend. Whether fans are sharing race-day moments on social media, accessing schedules and event information, or teams are communicating across the facility, the complimentary service will provide reliable connectivity across key spectator and pit areas.
The U.S. Nationals has long been regarded as drag racing's biggest stage, and JEGS' latest investment reflects the company's ongoing commitment to supporting racers, fans, and the sport that has been part of its DNA for more than 65 years.
"At JEGS, we're always looking for new ways to improve our customer experience, whether online, on the phone, or at an event," said Rob Fisher, director of marketing for JEGS. "The U.S. Nationals is the crown jewel of drag racing and the perfect place to debut WI-FI for ALL powered by JEGS. By partnering with NHRA to provide complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the event, we're helping everyone stay connected while enhancing the overall experience both in the stands and in the pits."
The complimentary Wi-Fi service will allow attendees to access live timing, event updates, digital content, social media platforms, and other online resources without the limitations often associated with large-scale event cellular congestion. In addition to the U.S. Nationals, WI-FI for ALL powered by JEGS will also be available at the Dodge Great Lakes Nationals presented by Mopar in Martin, Mich.; the Texas Fall Nationals Stampede of Speed in Ennis, Texas; and the In-N-Out Burger NHRA Finals in Pomona.
"Today's fans expect a connected experience wherever they go, and large-scale sporting events present unique challenges in meeting that expectation," said Brad Gerber, NHRA Vice President and Chief Development Officer. "The partnership with JEGS demonstrates a shared commitment to innovation and fan engagement. By providing free Wi-Fi to spectators, racers, and crews during the biggest race weekend of the year, we're making it easier for everyone to stay informed, connected, and engaged throughout the event."
WI-FI for ALL powered by JEGS will be available free of charge throughout the duration of the NHRA U.S. Nationals and can be accessed by scanning a QR code at any one of the many signs located throughout the facility.
Fans attending the event are encouraged to visit the JEGS Experience display on the midway to learn more about the company's extensive selection of performance parts, accessories, tools, and equipment for hot rodders, racers, and automotive restoration enthusiasts.
