Reigning Top Alcohol Dragster world champ Shawn Cowie added another glowing item to a jam-packed racing resumé with his first U.S. Nationals crown. Cowie raced to the final-round victory with a 5.25 after his opponent, noted engine builder Jamie Noonan, had to abort his effort.
