The Drag Racing Association of Women will be hosting a celebration of life for Rosalee Noble on Friday of the Toyota NHRA U.S. Nationals.
Noble, a guiding for decades with the benevolent organization that helps injured drag racers in need, passed away May 30. She was 82. Noble first became involved with DRAW in 1986. She became a board member in 1991, vice president in 1992, and president in 1993 and 1994. From 1995 until her passing, she served as the fundraising chair.
The celebration will take place Aug. 30 in the JCM/Leatherwood/NAPA hospitality tent in the pits at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
