Sold out! It's another full house for Saturday of the NHRA Arizona Nationals
NHRA and Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park officials announced a sellout crowd for Saturday’s racing at the 38th annual NHRA Arizona Nationals in Phoenix.
This weekend marks the final race weekend at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park and fans in the Southwest region have packed the facility, with another huge crowd expected for Sunday eliminations. Saturday’s crowd will also get to enjoy the first Mission #2Fast2Tasty NHRA Challenge.
“It’s a huge thrill to see this passionate fanbase come out and show this kind of tremendous support,” NHRA President Glen Cromwell said. “They’ve already helped make this a memorable weekend in Phoenix and we’re excited for all the incredible action set to take place at the facility.”
It also marks the second Saturday sellout crowd to open the 2023 NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Season. The Gatornationals also featured a sellout on Saturday at the first race of the 2023 campaign.
Eliminations for the last NHRA Arizona Nationals at Wild Horse Pass Motorsports Park begin at 11 a.m. MT on Sunday.
