DeFlorian Jr. remained the polesitter and is resting on a 6.345-second pass that he made at 221.82-mph. DeFlorian won the first Mountain Motor Pro Stock race of the season, contested at the Mopar NHRA SpringNationals in Houston back in April. Chris Powers won the second MMPS event and is currently qualified in the No. 4 position on the back of a 6.381.

John Konigshofer holds the bump spot with a 6.422-second time. The Canadian made a 6.450-second hit in the third session, a little off his qualifying pace and sixth best of the 12 cars that made passes in the session. There are 13 cars on the property.

Former Pro Stock racers JR Carr and Vincent Nobile are both on the outside of the field looking in as neither made it down the track in the third qualifying session. Nobile hooked hard to the right in his John Watford-owned machine and got out of the throttle before coasting to the finish line.

The fourth and final qualifying session of Mountain Motor Pro Stock is set for 2:35 p.m. Eastern. You can catch it love on NHRA.tv.
