Jason Line made a great hit to the 60-foot block (.975-second) and carried that through to the quarter mile to lead the first Pro Stock qualifying session. His 6.576-second lap bested teammate Bo Butner by .004-second in a K.B. Racing-dominated top three.

Greg Anderson rounded out the top three with a 6.593-second run and was closely followed by a pair of Elite Performance Camaros. Erica Enders (6.595) led Jeg Coughlin Jr. by only a thousandth of a second, but she held 1 mph on her teammate. That may lead to same changes in the Elite pits between rounds.

Fernando Cuadra Jr. made his first official pass in a Pro Stock car and is qualified with a 6.93-second hit. That’s the good news. The bad news is he’s not qualified above anyone who made a full pull in the first session. The full qualifying order is here.
