Bo Butner

Bo Butner won again. The Indiana native scored his fourth win in the fifth race of the season by outrunning Greg Anderson by .005-second in the Pro Stock final at the Virginia NHRA Nationals. Anderson left first by .003 second, but that minor advantage at the starting line wasn’t enough to upend Butner’s incredible start to the 2019 season. [Detailed Results]

Butner now owns 11 Wallys in his career and holds a 16-1 round win-loss record in the 2019 season. His impressive run is nearly unprecedented and will help make up for his final round loss in the SAMTech.edu Factory Stock Showdown. Butner won five Wallys when he captured the 2017 Pro Stock championship and he’s already 80 percent of the way there just five races into the 18-race Pro Stock season.
