Beau Layne scored his first career victory in the Mickey Thompson Tires Top Fuel Harley class, racing to the trophy with a 6.38, 220-mph pass after Lucas Oil NHRA Winternationals presented by ProtectTheHarvest.com champ Doug Vancil smoked the tires just off the starting line.
