The NHRA Thunder Valley Nationals continue Saturday with qualifying in Top Fuel, Funny Car, E3 Spark Plugs NHRA Pro Modified, Mickey Thompson Top Fuel Harley and Lucas Oil Sportsman drag racing.

Professional qualifying rounds are scheduled for 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern Time. The complete schedule is available here.

Doug Kalitta took the Top Fuel lead in qualifying on Friday, John Force is the Funny Car provisional polesitter and Todd Tutterow got off to a hot start in a new (to him) car in Pro Mod. The next Pro Mod session is set for noon.

Steve Torrence (Top Fuel), Robert Hight (Funny Car), and Stevie "Fast" Jackson (Pro Mod) took home Wallys at the Menards NHRA Heartland Nationals presented by Minties, the last stop on the NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series tour. That trio will seek to defend their titles, while 2018 Bristol winners Ron Capps and Khalid AlBalooshi look to win again in Thunder Valley

The next FS1 television broadcast will air at 10:30 p.m. Eastern. You can catch all the action live on NHRA.tv. The full TV schedule is available here at any time.

Whether you’re in Pomona, Indianapolis, or anywhere else around the world, you can follow NHRA on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram to get a closer look at the action.
