Charlotte Motor Speedway will host a donation drive Saturday during the weekend’s NHRA Carolina Nationals presented by WIX Filters to collect paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, paper plates, etc.) for victims of Hurricane Florence and Hurricane Michael.

On Saturday, fans are asked to bring donations to zMAX Dragway and leave them behind their cars in the parking lots. Speedway staff will collect the donations from the parking lots during NHRA qualifying sessions Saturday afternoon. From there, the donations will be distributed to those impacted by recent hurricanes through The Salvation Army.

WHEN:  Saturday, Oct. 13, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
WHERE: Fans attending Saturday’s NHRA Carolina Nationals can leave donations behind their vehicles and speedway crews will collect them during Saturday’s qualifying action at zMAX Dragway. Those wishing to donate who are not attending the NHRA Carolina Nationals presented by WIX Filters will have a designated drop-off location outside of Gate 2, between the dragway tower and The Dirt, as well.
