World Wide Technology Raceway creates plan to re-open, battle street racing

Like many areas around the nation, the closing of local dragstrips has led to an increase in illegal street racing in the St. Louis area. Chris Blair, general manager for World Wide Technology Raceway in Madison, Ill., talked to local media recently to discuss his plans and strategies to reopen the track to help alleviate the problem.
