Bernstein Partners, led by founder Brandon Bernstein, will join the Team RTR organization as Vice President of Operations for its NHRA Pro Stock program, effective July 1. Team RTR is fronted by Australian driver Shane Tucker.

In this role, Bernstein will oversee race-day logistics, team and personnel management, budget and vendor relationships, and the team's overall operational strategy as Team RTR heads into the season.

Bernstein brings years of experience in executive operations and team leadership, with a background built on managing complex logistics, developing high-performing teams, and driving organizational growth across competitive industries. Through Bernstein Partners, he has worked with organizations seeking the strategic discipline of a seasoned operations executive without the overhead of a traditional full-time hire, a model that allows teams like Team RTR to scale their operations quickly and professionally.
