NHRA - National Hot Rod Association

The Drag Racing Association of Women will once again present the annual Tracy Winters Memorial Golf Tournament March 9, the Wednesday of the Amalie Motor Oil NHRA Gatornationals.

This year, in addition to a fun afternoon with fellow racers in the Florida sun, all foursomes will be entered into a drawing at the end of the event for a shared $2,000, not to mention bragging rights and a nice meal. Golfing alone? Don’t worry about it. As usual, all single entries will be assigned to a foursome. 

Tee time is 1 p.m. at Ironwood Golf Course in Gainesville, located very close to the racetrack and the airport. Entry is $85 per golfer, up to three mulligans at $5 each.

Corporate sponsorship is still available, which provides two signs on the course and up to four entries in the tournament. DRAW is also looking for goodie bag, beverage cart, and food sponsors, as well as sponsors for the Closest To The Pin, Longest Drive, and Chip Shot. DRAW also is looking for door prizes (any type of racer or golfer oriented item).
