Jack Wyatt Racing announces Iron Eagle Tactical LLC as primary sponsor
Iron Eagle Tactical has become the primary sponsor of Jack Wyatt Racing’s NHRA Funny Car, which will make its 2021 debut at the Mopar Express Lane NHRA SpringNationals in Houston.
Founded in 2010 and based in Lake of the Ozarks, Mo., Iron Eagle Tactical manufactures and designs accessory rails for Ruger SR-22 along with other rifles and pistols. In addition to its own line of products, Iron Eagle Tactical offers a long product list of quality manufacturers in the tactical firearms industry.
“I have been a big fan of Jack Wyatt’s since the RaceGirl days,” says Tom Abbett, owner of Iron Eagle Tactical. “We had a chance to work together on Bob Tasca’s car a few years back and became ‘fast friends.’ With the evolution of Iron Eagle Tactical, we felt now is the time to bring our company and Jack’s long career into the spotlight. Camping World/NHRA Drag Racing is in both our bloods, and I am excited to get Jack behind the wheel and break some hearts on the track.”
Wyatt, who has more 50 years in drag racing and enters his 34th year in the seat of a Funny Car, has planned a four-race 2021 NHRA schedule to be announced at a later date.
