Jim Dunn Racing has partnered with Wiley X sunglasses for more than a decade and is bringing them onto their Cattleman's Cut Funny Car and into the NHRA midway starting at the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals in Indianapolis.

Drag racing fans attending the big race in Indy will be able to buy the latest styles that Wiley X regularly sells on the NASCAR tour. Wiley X will have its retail display set up in NHRA’s Nitro Alley from Friday qualifying through Monday raceday eliminations.

Wiley X was born on the battlefield with its veteran founder wanting to create high-quality protective eyewear for soldiers. Those products were so popular that they easily transitioned into the consumer marketplace and are now sold around the world. Wiley X has roots in auto racing as well as most all outdoor sports for use by athletes and fans.

Jim Dunn Racing Team Manager Jon Dunn, who helped coordinate the return of Wiley X to the sport of NHRA drag racing, said, “Our team has trusted and worn Wiley X products throughout our daily work on and off racetracks. We are very appreciative of our team’s relationship with Wiley X and glad to connect them with NHRA so fans attending races can purchase their products on-site.”
