Line, Anderson clinch Countdown playoff berths

Summit Racing Pro Stock teammates Greg Anderson and Jason Line are the first two drivers to clinch their berths in the NHRA Mello Yello Countdown to the Championship playoffs.
The KB Racing Camaro drivers, both former world champions, have dominated the season so far, with Line, the current points leader, scoring scoring six wins and four runner-ups in the season’s first 11 events through the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals and Anderson taking five victories and three runner-ups.
Including the Summit Racing Equipment NHRA Nationals, there are seven events remaining in the 2015 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series regular season. The six-race Countdown to the Championship begins Sept 16 with the NHRA Carolina Nationals in Charlotte.
