Leah Pritchett and Brittany Force, two of NHRA’s fast-rising stars, squared off in a historic Top Fuel final round at the CARQUEST Auto Parts NHRA Nationals. In what was the first all-female Top Fuel final since 1982 and only the fourth time in NHRA history that two women have decided a Pro-class victory, both drivers were gunning for a first career win.

In what was the sixth career meeting of this young rivalry, Pritchett used a quicker reaction time and a performance of 3.775 seconds at 323.12 mph in her Quaker State dragster to finish in front of Force’s 3.774 at 321.35 in her Monster Energy dragster to boost her record against Force to 4-2.
