NHRA Funny Car racer Chad Head will represent Western Sales Management Auctioneers during the first two events of the 2016 NHRA Mello Yello Drag Racing Series.

Starting at this weekend’s Circle K NHRA Winternationals in Pomona, and continuing the through the CARQUEST Auto Parts NHRA Nationals, Feb. 26-28, outside of Phoenix, the Head Incorporated/Red Line Oil Toyota Funny Car will be branded in WSM's livery of green, yellow, and black.

Head said the relationship with WSM Auctioneers, which specializes in the sales of construction equipment, utility trucks, light trucks, equipment trailers and recreational vehicles, has been a win-win for both parties.

"Western Sales Management Auctioneers has been with us now for three seasons," Head said. "We are excited to represent them and John Cadzow, and the whole hard-working team at WSM Auctioneers. I can't wait to showcase their brand in Pomona, and then Phoenix."

"We want to get the word out about our business to these key markets," said Cadzow, owner/president of WSM Auctioneers. "We have a large demographic of potential clients in the construction industry."

Cadzow confirmed drag racing marketing works well for him.

"I've always believed in the sport," said Cadzow, a former Top Fuel sand dragster driver. "It's a very fascinating and engaging sport. I'm a competitive person by nature and this sport fits who I am. It's just a natural with my company's demographic."
