Hight's 339-mph blast tops Funny Car; Millican, Butner, and Arana also lead

Robert Hight made the second fastest run in Funny Car history, 339.02 mph, on a 3.844 pass to lead the opening day of qualifying at the Dodge NHRA Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway in Reading. Clay Millican (Top Fuel), Bo Butner (Pro Stock), and Hector Arana Jr. (Pro Stock Motorcycle) are the other field leaders.
