Carl Keil, AJ Buchanan, Caleb Ellison, Garreth Sheppeard, and Steven Collier won the Division 3 Summit Series FInals and will represent the division at the Summit National Championship later this fall in Las Vegas.

With then crew chief Rahn Tobler at the helm, Ron Capps scored a crucial Countdown to the Championship victory in Funny Car at the 2018 fall Charlotte event.

The climate gods blessed the weekend with benevolent weather, giving over 170 drag racers pleasant conditions at Sacramento Raceway and a chance to snatch one of the 10 gold Wallys up for grabs as the 2022 Heritage Racing Series winds down with only one race remaining on the schedule

The stakes will be raised for the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series’ second race of the season at zMAX Dragway, as a critical Countdown to the Championship victory will be on the line at the Betway NHRA Carolina Nationals on Sept. 23-25.
