Heartland Motorsports Park was packed with action on Saturday, as Matt Hagan claimed his second Mission #2Fast2Tasty NHRA Challenge win, Steve Torrence continued his charge with another victory, and Dallas Glenn finally closed the deal.

NHRA officials announced a schedule change for Sunday’s eliminations at the Menards NHRA Nationals. Eliminations will now begin at 10 a.m. CT on Sunday in the NHRA Camping World Drag Racing Series, starting with Top Fuel and then Funny Car and Pro Stock. Gates will open at 7:30 a.m. CT on Sunday at Heartland Motorsports Park.

Success in drag racing requires a well-mixed cocktail. Proper parts and pieces, a capable crew, a strong driver, and an apt and ever-learning crew chief are all required for long-term progress and performance.
