Kenny Delco walks away from a wild ride during Pro Stock qualifying

Veteran Pro Stock driver Kenny Delco was involved in an on-track accident during Saturday’s final qualifying session at Bandimere Speedway. After the incident, Delco exited the car under his own power.

Veteran Pro Stock driver Kenny Delco was involved in an on-track accident during Saturday’s final qualifying session for the Dodge Mile-High NHRA Nationals at Bandimere Speedway.

Delco, making his first start in Denver in 29 years, had just completed a 6.972 run when his Chevy Camaro made contact with the retaining wall and rolled several times.

Delco exited the car under his own power.
