Through April 17, NHRA Top Fuel star is donating 100% of the proceeds from her Cameo appearances to her local Havasu (Ariz.) Community Health Foundation Food Bank. The 501c3 nonprofit Havasu Food Bank feeds nearly 2,000 families whose patrons are mainly the working poor, seniors, and there are also about 200 homeless (mainly veterans) in the area who rely on the food bank The food bank, which has been in operation for about two years, , receives some food through a Feeding America grant, but rely heavily on monetary donations to purchase much of their food and they’ve seen a major spike in people needing their services due to the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic
