A Kids Zone that will include face painting by Frazee Gardens, a bounce house, inflatable obstacle course, bungee run, and sumo wrestling will be available for kids to take part in. There will also be a #GrowlikeGarlits booth that kids can craft their own beards to celebrate the 1967 Don Garlits Top Fuel win at the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals.

Fans at the Big Go Block Party will also have the opportunity to sample Mello Yello products, and six food vendors will be at the event.

A school supply drive for Brownsburg Community Schools will take place as well as a dunk tank with drivers, local celebrities, and town officials with balls to be purchased for $5 for three balls.

On the racetrack, the 60th anniversary Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals will feature intense side-by-side racing at more than 320 mph as drivers in Top Fuel, Funny Car, Pro Stock, and Pro Stock Motorcycle compete for their share of the $2 million purse and battle for important world championship points. The race is the final regular-season stop for the circuit and will establish the top-10 fields for the NHRA Mello Yello Countdown to the Championship playoffs. Perhaps more importantly, drivers will compete to earn a permanent spot in NHRA history, as a Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals winner. The Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals will take place at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis, Aug. 27-Sept. 1.
